Climate Change is a Driver in Winter Tire Uptake in Canada....

The Tire and Rubber Association of Canada (TRAC) recently issued the results of a Canada-wide survey on winter tire uptake in Canada, including key regional findings. One key finding is that changing weather patterns due to climate change are an influencing factor.
